Christ Lutheran School

Small class sizes. Big hearts. Limitless futures.

We teach that each child is a special creation from God’s own hand. And, that, born in sin, we are restored to new life through Jesus. In our teachings and in our behavior, we seek to properly distinguish Law and Gospel, with Law showing to our sins and Gospel showing our need for our Savior.

The religion curriculum is taught from One in Christ, a series produced by Concordia Publishing House. We dive into the Bible each class and apply it to our lives today. Topics range from various Bible stories to theological questions about our faith. Students begin to learn more about their faith and are equipped to be able to support their faith in Christ with Scripture. We have weekly memory verses and also look at the Ten Commandments, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Apostle’s Creed.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.”  Psalm 119:105
