Support CLS
At Christ Lutheran School we believe a team consisting of church, home and school works together for the total development of the child. When a child’s family members are visible at school consistently, it reinforces the view that school and home are connected and that school is an essential part of family life. Parent ownership of the school program through support and volunteering is crucial to the success of our mission.
Research shows that parent involvement:
- leads to improved educational performance
- fosters better classroom behavior
- improves school attendance
- increases student emotional well-being

With this in mind, we have developed a plan to ensure all families have the opportunity to serve. Each CLS family is asked to donate 16 hours of volunteer time per school year. An endowment fund, a scholarship fund and other opportunities for financial gifts are available to further enhance the programs we offer.
The Patrons’ Association of the Lutheran School (PALS) is our primary parent organization which provides many opportunities to serve. There are also athletic and band booster clubs, school-wide special events, and boundless other occasions to provide your support to individual classrooms or projects. Please contact your child’s teacher or refer to accompanying links to find ways to contribute to CLS.
Above all else, we ask for your prayers. Our mission at CLS only succeeds by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ.
“Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere.” Ephesians 6:18
